About Cassandra Einstein:Cassandra Einstein has received awards for her work, including a prestigious NEA grant for her innovative, handpainted animated films. She has exhibited and sold work in New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle, Honolulu, Zürich, London, Vence ( France ), and Barcelona ( Spain ). Her work has been reviewed in the Village Voice, the New York Times, Seattle Weekly, and the Los Angeles Times. She had a major retrospective of her paintings, films and assemblages sculptures in 1995 at the Nordic Heritage Museum in Seattle Washington.
